Responsibilities:

• Design and develop innovative solutions for integrating security operations, configuration management, and vulnerability management processes into the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyse business needs, and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, and scripts to meet security operations requirements.
• Implement and configure ServiceNow SecOps modules and related plugins to enhance the platform's security capabilities.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of ServiceNow applications and workflows to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize existing security operations workflows.
