Senior Software Engineer & Tech Lead (6m Contract, Hybrid Sydney)

Avant is seeking a hands on Software Engineer to translate product strategy into high quality, secure software while guiding and uplifting a team of engineers. You'll work across the full stack-.NET C#, Azure, SQL Server and React-in an Agile environment and collaborate with Product, Architecture, Delivery and QA.

You will own technical design, champion best practices, and provide direction, mentoring colleagues and driving continuous improvement toward reliable, scalable systems.
