The Role • Operate technically similar production lines, ensuring operational targets are met through precise work. • Set up production lines appropriately and resolve issues during ongoing production runs. • Ensure adherence to high-quality standards by conducting checks according to checklists and implementing corrective actions. • Accurately document material, quantity, and time bookings in SAP for process transparency. • Support maintenance personnel with repair and servicing tasks. • Perform machine maintenance independently as per specifications. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as a Machine and Plant Operator, Packaging Technologist, Process Mechanic, or a comparable qualification. • Relevant professional experience beyond initial vocational training is desirable. • Proficient in handling quality and hygiene standards. • Knowledge of DIN EN ISO 9000, DIN ISO 15378, and GMP guidelines. • Familiarity with SAP is advantageous. • Fluency in the German language and strong communication skills. • Willingness to work in a 3-shift system.
