Business Analyst - AI-Driven Workflows

I am partnering with my client a large, well-established global organisation with a recognisable consumer brand and a significant Brisbane-based technology footprint. As they invest in AI-driven ways of working across their technology teams, they're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support the core systems that manage customer transactions for the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to turn complex domain knowledge into clear, structured documentation that guides system design
• Build and maintain the knowledge assets, rules, and reference materials that support AI-enabled tools and workflows
• Bring together input from a wide range of stakeholders - including product, finance, data, engineering, and external suppliers - to resolve competing priorities and produce a single, agreed set of requirements
• Work as a genuine partner to engineers and architects, making sure technical solutions align with real business needs and constraints
• Review current processes against proposed new solutions, identifying gaps, flagging risks, and recommending practical fixes
• Keep documentation clear, current, and accessible, so specialist knowledge isn't locked in someone's head

About You

• You've spent 5+ years as a Business Analyst in fast-moving, technical environments
• You're comfortable working across complex, transaction-heavy systems (payments, ERP, booking systems or similar platforms)
• You've used AI tools hands-on to support your BA work - building reference materials, structuring information, and refining outputs based on results
• You know how to manage multiple stakeholder groups at once and land on a workable, agreed outcome even when priorities conflict

Casual Loading
