The role involves managing incident, problem, and service request queues to meet SLA requirements, while maintaining platform stability through regular monitoring, patching, and upgrades. You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with business needs, including workflows, integrations, and automation initiatives. Working closely with business analysts, project managers, and technical teams, you will deliver end-to-end solutions using Agile methodologies and ITIL best practices. This position also plays a key role in driving innovation, enhancing automation capabilities, supporting data-driven reporting, and contributing to ongoing service improvement efforts.Monitor incident, problem, and service request queues; ensure timely resolution within SLAPerform platform maintenance including monitoring, patching, and annual upgradesDesign, develop, test, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirementsCollaborate with business analysts and project managers to provide expert guidanceDeliver end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, including configuration, enhancement, and release managementCustomize ServiceNow (forms, workflows, dashboards, reports, integrations, scripting)Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to continuous service improvement initiativesFollow Agile delivery practices and ensure ITIL process complianceMaintain strong testing protocols to ensure stability during releases and upgradesMentor junior team members and create knowledge base articles (KBAs)Maintain accurate documentation and keep the ServiceNow knowledge base updatedDrive automation and innovation initiatives to support digital transformationGather and analyze automation requirements and identify use casesCollaborate with technical teams to design and implement automation solutionsPerform data analysis and reporting on adoption, value realization, and performance metricsAutomate processes using tools such as ServiceNow Flow Designer and Power AutomateIdentify opportunities to improve ROI, adoption rates, efficiency, and automation maturityJob Description - Grade SpecificMinimum of 4+ years' experience in the administration / configuration/Upgrades/ development/ implementation of ServiceNow.Working knowledge of ITSM Modules, Integration, ITOM and Discovery Modules, Asset Management, Self Service & Service Catalog Module of ServiceNow.Working knowledge on Custom app development, CSM and Portal design.Experience of Java and python scripting is highly desirable.Demonstrated technical experience with Power Platform or similar low code platforms.Solid knowledge of application development / configuration is required.Good understanding of the ServiceNow Support Portal (HI Portal) used for managing ServiceNow Support.What You'll Love About Working HereYou will be a part of a diverse collective of free-thinkers, entrepreneurs and industry experts.
