Must Have:
- 7+ years of ITSM experience
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development
- Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Catalog & Flow Designer
- Experience with Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs
- Strong JavaScript, reporting & dashboard skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Preferred Certifications:
- ServiceNow CSA
- ServiceNow CAD
- CIS-ITSM
- ITIL Foundation/Intermediate
