React is no longer the centerpiece; Next.js + TypeScript are.
Stronger emphasis on engineering maturity, testing, and code quality.

Strong TypeScript expertise
Experience building enterprise-grade web applications
Strong understanding of software engineering best practices
Experience working within Agile delivery environments
Strong testing, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
Experience performing thorough self-validation prior to code review
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills
Exposure to C#/.NET applications (half their environment is C# so will paired program with a .net dev at times)
Experience with modern React development
Enterprise systems integration experience
Experience working within large-scale application ecosystems
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot
