AI / Machine Learning

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking an AI / Machine Learning professional to build data-driven solutions that improve healthcare revenue cycle performance and patient financial experiences. In this role, you'll develop, train, and deploy ML models leveraging claims, clinical, and operational data to optimize workflows, predict denials, and identify revenue opportunities. You'll collaborate with analytics, IT, and operations teams, translate business needs into scalable models, and monitor performance to ensure accuracy, compliance, and real-world impact across our hospital and health system partners.

Responsibilities

• Design, train, and validate ML models to improve revenue cycle and patient financial outcomes.
• Build scalable data pipelines to ingest, clean, and transform healthcare and financial data.
• Collaborate with analytics, IT, and operations teams to translate business problems into ML use cases.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain models in production, ensuring performance and reliability.
• Create dashboards and reports to communicate insights and model impact to stakeholders.
• Ensure data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance in all AI/ML solutions.
