Hiring: Java Full Stack Developer / Java Backend Developer 

Client: PNC Bank
Location: Dallas, TX (Local Candidates Only)
Employment Type: Contract

We are hiring 12 experienced Java Developers for multiple openings with PNC Bank. We are looking for strong Java Full Stack and Java Backend developers with enterprise application development experience in banking or financial services.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on Java development experience

• Strong Core Java, Java 8/11/17

• Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security

• Microservices architecture

• RESTful APIs and web services

• SQL and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.)

• Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, CI/CD

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) is a plus

• Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills

• Agile/Scrum development experience

Full Stack Developers Should Also Have

• React.js or Angular

• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript

• Front-end integration with REST APIs

Backend Developers Should Also Have

• Strong expertise in distributed systems and backend services

• Messaging technologies (Kafka/RabbitMQ) preferred

• Multithreading, concurrency, and performance optimization experience

Mandatory Requirements

• Local to Dallas, TX only

• Face-to-Face Interview is mandatory after L1 selection

• Excellent communication skills

• Banking/Financial Services experience is highly preferred
