This employer is a world leader in proven, reliable remotely piloted aircraft and tactical reconnaissance radars, as well as advanced high-resolution surveillance systems. They are seeking a meticulous Technical Writer/Editor to support the development of critical technical documentation.

The Role

• Research, document, and develop detailed operator, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Create checklists, technical specifications, alert bulletins, and training materials.
• Ensure all documentation adheres to requested specifications and contractual requirements.
• Develop necessary illustrations, photographs, or other graphic representations.
• Coordinate technical document reviews and obtain necessary approval signatures.
• Clearly and effectively communicate complex technical information to appropriate audiences.

What You'll Need

• Associate's degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• 1+ years of experience in a technical field, with a focus on technical writing/editing.
• Basic understanding of military or commercial systems and documentation standards.
• Proficiency with computer-based tools for technical documentation production.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
