Change Management Consultant (LMS Implementation)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Change Management Consultant (LMS Implementation) in Tarrytown, NY.

Summary

We are seeking a Change Management Consultant to support a large-scale enterprise technology transformation focused on learning and training systems. This role will partner with business leaders, stakeholders, and project teams to drive user adoption, readiness, and engagement throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management strategies and plans
• Conduct stakeholder assessments and organizational readiness activities
• Create and deliver communications to support awareness and adoption
• Build and manage a network of change champions
• Coordinate training readiness and support adoption efforts
• Define and track change metrics and success measures
• Provide change support during go-live and post-implementation stabilization

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience leading change management initiatives for enterprise system implementations
• Experience supporting digital transformation, HR technology, or learning platform projects preferred
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and organizational assessment skills
• Ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams
• Change management certification (Prosci, CCMP, or similar) is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
