They are seeking a results-oriented sales professional to join their dynamic team. The Role • Lead the promotion of a psychiatry portfolio, executing sales and marketing strategies. • Develop and implement business plans, using data-driven insights to maximize sales performance. • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders. • Develop deep expertise in the local market and therapeutic area to identify and prioritize opportunities. • Navigate reimbursement dynamics and payer access issues effectively. • Ensure adherence to all pharmaceutical and regulatory guidelines. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. • 2-5 years of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, or medical device sales experience. • Proven ability to gain and maintain expertise in disease and product knowledge, including annual certification. • Strong self-starter with a tenacious work ethic and exceptional communication skills. • Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment. • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills. • Proficiency in data analysis and utilizing digital tools for business planning. • Must reside within 40 miles of the defined territory. • Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
