Job Title : Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Migration Consultant

Overview / Summary
We are seeking a senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) consultant to lead the migration of enterprise authentication services from ForgeRock OpenAM to PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud and Microsoft Entra ID while minimizing business disruption.

Remote (Utah Residency Required): Work from home with no daily commute. Candidates may currently reside outside Utah but must relocate and establish Utah residency before their start date.

Key Responsibilities

Assess current authentication systems and integrations.
Develop a migration roadmap and timeline.
Configure PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud and Microsoft Entra ID environments.
Implement and validate single sign-on (SSO) using OpenID Connect (OIDC) and SAML.
Perform testing and troubleshooting.
Create technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer.
Provide post-migration support.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of IAM implementation and migration experience.
Hands-on expertise with PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud and Microsoft Entra ID.
Experience with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML.
Experience migrating legacy authentication platforms, including ForgeRock/OpenAM.
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
