Project Manager

Role Overview:

The Project Management Tool Implementation Lead will direct the evaluation, implementation, and company-wide adoption of an enterprise project and program management (PPM) platform (e.g., ClickUp, ServiceNow SPM, Microsoft Project) within a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Tool Selection & Procurement: Define business requirements, create RFI/RFP documentation, build vendor evaluation matrices, and conduct cost-benefit analyses.

Governance & Process Design: Map current- and future-state workflows, design governance frameworks, define lifecycle standards, and establish roles/responsibilities.

Execution & Quality Control: Manage timelines, budgets, risks, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.

Change Management & Transition: Develop SOPs, training materials, and KPI/adoption dashboards to ensure long-term operational success.

Key Qualifications:

Experience:

7+ years in project management with proven success leading 1–3 enterprise PPM tool implementations.

Education & Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred); PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or CSM preferred.

Skills:

Expertise in business process mapping, risk mitigation, vendor management, executive reporting, and Microsoft 365 integration.
