Job Title: Air Conditioning Engineer – £45,000 + Van + Overtime Location: Bristol &amp; Surrounding Areas<br />Salary: Up to £45,000 + Overtime + Company Van Are you an Air Conditioning Engineer looking for a stable role with strong earning potential and a varied portfolio of commercial sites? We’re recruiting for an experienced AC Engineer to join a growing FM provider covering contracts across London and surrounding areas. The Role

• PPM and reactive maintenance on air conditioning systems
• Working on splits, VRV/VRF systems, AHUs and ventilation
• Fault finding, repairs and remedial works
• Attending breakdowns and emergency call-outs
• Completing job reports and compliance paperwork
• Working across commercial sites including offices, retail and healthcare Working Hours
• Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm
• On-call rota (occasional)
• Overtime available Requirements
• F-Gas certification
• Experience within commercial maintenance / FM
• Strong fault-finding ability
• Full UK driving licence Desirable
• VRV/VRF experience
• IPAF / PASMA
• Electrical knowledge What’s on Offer
