Secure Space Operations Manager, fully onsite. 12 months + £610 pd

Looking for Secure Spaces Operations Manager/Secure Facilities/Operations Manager/Protected Spaces Manager/Security Operations Manager/Secure Environment Manager/Facilities Security Manager/Operational Security Manager to work for our Government client in a secure working environment.

Fully onsite working for 18 months initially based within commuting distance of Milton Keynes, Northampton, Luton, East Midlands.

Rate £610p/d Inside IR35

Must be DV vetted due to nature of the programme and as working in a live secure government client. British Nationals only

Experience of leading technical specialists in product delivery or equivalent disciplines.

Experience managing operational service delivery in a complex operating environment.

Track record of delivering services and reporting to KPIs. Experience of business planning and forecasting.

Demonstrates a collaborative approach with the ability to negotiate with senior stakeholders.

Broad knowledge of product development. A successful track record in Operational Leadership.

Experience of leading product specialists in customer product engagement and life cycle activities.

A successful track record in Operations.

Experience of operations management.

Experience of continuous improvement methods.

You will deliver and implement a comprehensive operational plan to support the successful launch of a products.

This includes designing efficient, scalable, and secure end-to-end processes, coordinating input from multiple stakeholders, and establishing clear governance, roles, and responsibilities.

You will identify operational requirements, mitigate risks, and embed Tier x security and compliance considerations throughout the product launch life cycle.

Additionally, you will define performance measures and continuous evaluation mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of processes and organisational structures, enabling ongoing optimisation and scalability as the product and business evolve.

Manage the operational delivery of all secure spaces products once in-life.

Manage all onsite activities for the secure pods products to ensure a successful delivery for all project phases once released eg managing the onsite security installations, the management of the SCIFs HSP storage locations and transporting across HSP, expanding responsibilities as the project releases further phases and additional products.

Manage the secure spaces location at the 2027 Logistics Hub, including the design of the space, the resources required (both people and equipment) and ongoing management.
