Required Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, and Application Support.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, Helm, EKS, AKS, AWS, and Azure.
  • Experience in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and configuration management using Ansible.
  • Hands-on experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, and Bitbucket Pipelines.
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Dynatrace, Datadog, ELK Stack, and AWS CloudWatch.
  • Strong troubleshooting experience with Kubernetes workloads, production support, incident management, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
  • Experience working with Linux environments (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu).
  • Knowledge of middleware technologies including Apache Tomcat, WebLogic, JBoss/WildFly, and IBM MQ.
  • Experience working in Agile environments using JIRA, ServiceNow, and Confluence.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and manage containerized applications on Kubernetes, OpenShift, EKS, and AKS.
  • Build and maintain Docker images, Helm charts, and Kubernetes resources.
  • Provision and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform.
  • Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks for server provisioning, deployments, patching, and configuration management.
  • Build, maintain, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, and Bitbucket Pipelines.
  • Monitor platform and application health using Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Dynatrace, Datadog, ELK Stack, and CloudWatch.
  • Support cloud migrations, production deployments, release management, rollback activities, and change management.
  • Perform production support, incident resolution, RCA, and platform reliability engineering.
  • Collaborate with application, security, network, and operations teams to ensure successful cloud deployments and platform stability.

Required Certifications

AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).
