SmartCOMM Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Armonk, NY that is seeking a SmartCOMM Developer. The duration for this role is a 6-month contract with strong extension potential. This role starts Early August located in the US; Nearshore/offshore considered if needed.

Project Overview:
* Combination of onshore/offshore
* Legacy Smart Communications (SmartCOMM) platform - on-prem, not cloud-based
* Supports critical CMS-mandated campaigns
* Gathers CMS requirements; Developers implement them into SmartCOMM
* Tools: SmartCOMM (aka Advanced Template Designer, formerly Thunderhead)
* Transitioning off legacy platforms but still relies on SmartCOMM for urgent communications

Key Responsibilities:
* Create documents, shared content, layouts, stylesets, overlays, images, and scripts for FAX, Print, and Archive output channels
* Use content best practices and performance metrics to meet business goals and ensure alignment with brand/style guidelines
* Review test plans and incorporate feedback
* Present and communicate design and branding decisions
* Revise and develop content for claim-related documents (e.g., Insurance, Coverage, Benefits)
* Deliver finalized content to appropriate output channels

REQUIREMENTS:
* Graduate degree with 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing
* Scripting skills; Experience with Photoshop, Dreamweaver
* Experience collaborating with external vendors/agencies
* Expertise in SmartCOMM (required)
* Familiarity with MS Office, HTML, SharePoint, and publishing tools
* Strong written/verbal communication skills
* Open to junior candidates with baseline SmartCOMM knowledge

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
