**Job Description:**

We are seeking an **AI-First Engineer with deep Oracle SCM expertise** and strong experience applying AI across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). The ideal candidate will leverage AI technologies to improve requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, modernization, and production support.

This is **not a traditional Oracle SCM Developer role**. Candidates must demonstrate hands-on experience using AI tools and AI-assisted engineering practices to improve software delivery and measurable business outcomes.

**Required Skills & Experience:**

* 11+ years of overall IT experience.
* Strong hands-on experience with **Oracle SCM Cloud and/or Oracle EBS**.
* Experience with Oracle SCM customizations, integrations, extensions, reports, and automation.
* Hands-on experience using **GitHub Copilot, Oracle Code Assist, ChatGPT, Claude**, or similar AI development tools.
* Experience with **Agentic AI frameworks, Prompt Engineering, RAG patterns, and AI-assisted developer workflows**.
* Experience with **OCI Generative AI** is highly preferred.
* Strong technical skills in one or more of:

  * PL/SQL
  * Java
  * JavaScript
  * Groovy
  * VBCS
  * OIC
  * APEX
* Experience using AI for requirements analysis, technical design, impact assessment, fit-gap analysis, documentation, and modernization.
* Experience with **AI-assisted code generation, refactoring, optimization, reverse engineering, and technical documentation**.
* Experience implementing **AI-driven test case generation, test automation, regression testing, defect identification, and root-cause analysis**.
* Strong understanding of **CI/CD, DevOps, code reviews, static code analysis, security scanning, and quality gates**.
* Experience supporting **Oracle Cloud quarterly releases/upgrades** and using AI for release impact and readiness analysis.
* Ability to demonstrate measurable business impact from AI adoption, including:

  * Reduced development cycle time
  * Improved developer productivity
  * Reduced testing effort
  * Reduced defect rates
  * Faster deployments
  * Faster incident resolution
  * Improved code quality

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Oracle SCM Cloud implementation and modernization experience.
* Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud modernization experience.
* Experience building AI-powered engineering workflows.
* Experience with AI-driven DevOps and production support.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
