ML Engineer: Scale Real-Time AI for Millions

Xero is seeking an ML Engineer to join the AI Products group. You'll design and build the infrastructure powering AI features used by millions of customers, collaborating with Applied Scientists to move models from research into reliable, scalable production systems.

You will work on Python-based ML infrastructure, data pipelines (Airflow/Prefect, AWS EMR), and scalable services, with a focus on real-time product experiences and next-gen LLM-powered capabilities for small businesses.
