Description
- Manage day-to-day social media activity across multiple platforms and brands
- Create engaging social media content, including graphics and short videos
- Plan and maintain content calendars to support campaigns and key awareness dates
- Monitor and respond to audience engagement through community management
- Support the delivery of social media campaigns aligned with organisational goals
- Track performance using analytics and produce regular reports and insights
- Work with internal teams and external partners to develop relevant content
- Provide social media support for events, including live coverage when required
Profile
- Proven experience managing social media content and campaigns
- Strong copywriting skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experienced in creating engaging video and static content
- Confident using social media scheduling and analytics tools
- Able to manage content calendars and multiple priorities effectively
- Skilled at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Data-driven with experience analysing performance and reporting results
- Creative, proactive, and enthusiastic about social media trends and best practice
