Multicloud Engineer

Location: Cupertino, CA (Hybrid/Remote)
Job Type: Long-Term Contract

About the Role

We're seeking a Multicloud Engineer to support and resolve production incidents across AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and AliCloud. You'll own issues end-to-end—from ticket intake and troubleshooting to RCA—while partnering with Platform Engineering on complex escalations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in Cloud Operations, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS & Google Cloud Platform (AliCloud is a plus)

• Kubernetes (EKS/GKE/ACK), IAM, VPC, Route 53, DNS & Load Balancers

• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform or Ansible

• Monitoring & Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk

• Python, Go, or Bash scripting

• Incident management, RCA writing, and production troubleshooting

Preferred

• Spinnaker, GitHub Actions, PagerDuty

• Cloud certifications (AWS/Google Cloud Platform/Alibaba)

• Experience supporting enterprise multi-cloud platforms
