Job Title: Senior Mobile iOS Full-Stack Engineer
Duration: 12+ month contract role with Possible extension
Location: Cupertino, CA (Onsite on every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Mobile iOS Full-Stack Engineer to join a high-performing engineering team developing large-scale, customer-facing mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in native iOS development combined with strong backend engineering experience. This role requires someone who is comfortable owning features end-to-end-from designing intuitive mobile experiences to integrating with backend services and cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance native iOS applications using Swift, SwiftUI, and/or UIKit.
• Build and integrate scalable backend services and APIs supporting mobile applications.
• Develop secure and reliable integrations using REST APIs, GraphQL, authentication, and networking frameworks.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Own features throughout the complete software development lifecycle, from design through deployment and production support.
• Integrate iOS applications with cloud-based backend services and enterprise systems.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and user experience.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, testing, and CI/CD processes.
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve application quality and system integration.

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 4-5+ years of hands-on native iOS development experience.
• Strong expertise in Swift, SwiftUI, and/or UIKit.
• Experience developing backend applications using Java, Go, Python, Node.js, or similar technologies.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, authentication, networking, and system integration.
• Experience integrating iOS applications with backend services and cloud platforms.
• Proven experience building and supporting large-scale production applications.
• Ability to work across the full technology stack-not just mobile development.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing backend services or microservices architectures.
• Knowledge of mobile CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerized deployments.
• Experience optimizing mobile application performance and scalability.
• Knowledge of security best practices including OAuth, JWT, and Single Sign-On (SSO).
• Startup company experience with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-impact environments

Pay range: $70/hr. to $80/hr.
