Senior Technical Oracle HCM & ERP Cloud Consultant (Hybrid)

Location: Oakland, CA or Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid Wednesday & Thursday Onsite)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Oracle HCM & ERP Cloud Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM and ERP technical development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience delivering end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations and developing complex technical solutions across HCM and Finance modules.

This role requires deep hands-on experience with Oracle Payroll, Oracle Time & Labor (OTL), Benefits, Core HR, and Oracle ERP Cloud technical components.

• 12+ years of Oracle HCM/ERP implementation experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop technical solutions within Oracle HCM and ERP Cloud.
• Build and maintain Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, and OTBI reports.
• Develop and support AutoComplete Rules and Oracle integrations.
• Participate in Oracle Redwood UI evaluation and migration initiatives.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver scalable Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Own technical deliverables from design through deployment and production support.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple Oracle Cloud implementation projects.
