Senior AI Software Engineer - Build AI Ventures

x15ventures is building an AI Venturing team to turn ideas into real-world products, solving meaningful problems for customers. We seek Principal, Staff and Senior Software Engineers who thrive in ambiguity, ship quickly and partner with Core Team, Ventures and the wider CBA Group to design, build and validate AI-powered tools.

This role focuses on building scalable, production-ready software, evaluating AI models, and shaping engineering standards in a fast-moving venture environment.
