Package: Competitive Base + Uncapped Commission (25% up to target, rising to 35% thereafter)

We are looking for a New Business Software Sales Executive to drive the growth of CVMinder ATS, our established recruitment software system. Selling high-value annual subscriptions ( 2.5K to 10K+) to HR leaders and business owners, you will work directly alongside an experienced Business Director in a supportive, high-reward environment.

With uncapped earnings, a highly moderate first-year target of just 60k, and exceptional case studies from well-known companies, this is the perfect opportunity to build a lucrative, long-term career in software sales.

What You'll Do as Software Sales Executive

Your primary focus is to find, qualify, and secure new business across the UK. You will have the freedom to sell across multiple sectors, with a particular focus on our highly successful care provider market.

  • Prospect & Qualify: Research the UK market, identify key decision-makers (Heads of HR, Business Directors), and open warm discussions.
  • Demonstrate Value: Schedule and conduct online product demonstrations of CVMinder ATS via MS Teams (full support and training provided early on).
  • Close Deals: Collaborate closely with the Business Director to successfully negotiate and close new business.
  • Build Relationships: Manage a select portfolio of existing accounts to understand real-world user benefits and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Inbound Follow-up: Respond promptly and professionally to incoming product inquiries.

What We Are Looking For

We are open-minded about your background. You might already have software sales experience, or you might come from another business-to-business telesales role.

This is an especially brilliant move for a Recruitment Consultant who has noticed industry shifts and wants to pivot their skills toward helping companies build their own in-house recruitment capabilities.

Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (we use SuiteCRM).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Teams.
