Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with a strong background in Adobe AEM Development to join our dynamic team in Plano, Texas. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This role requires a deep understanding of AEM architecture, components, and best practices, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement robust AEM solutions that meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with product owners, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Optimize AEM applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Maintain and enhance existing AEM applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Stay updated with the latest AEM features and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Document technical specifications and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in Adobe AEM Development, including AEM Sites, AEM Assets, and AEM Forms.
• Proficient in Java, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with AEM components, templates, and workflows.
• Familiarity with AEM development tools such as CRXDE, Maven, and Git.
• Solid understanding of web technologies and frameworks.
• Experience in integrating AEM with third-party systems and APIs.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and web analytics tools.
• Experience in performance tuning and optimization of AEM applications.
