The Role • Lead and inspire inpatient and outpatient growth initiatives within rehabilitation hospital settings. • Design and implement innovative referral programs to drive census growth. • Foster a culture dedicated to patient safety and care excellence. • Guide, train, and develop a dynamic Business Development team. • Create and execute strategies that align with the organization's mission and deliver exceptional patient outcomes. • Monitor critical numbers and progress towards organizational goals. What You'll Need • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a marketing representative or nurse liaison in a healthcare environment. • Proven track record in leading, managing, or direct sales and marketing, preferably within healthcare. • Strong understanding of operational and financial metrics, marketing operations, admission processes, and reimbursement systems. • Familiarity with physician relations, case management, and managed care. • Knowledge of the local healthcare market is preferred. • A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
