Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
  • 12+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in O2C and P2P processes.
  • Minimum 3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation programs (Greenfield/Brownfield).
  • Strong knowledge of: SAP SD (Sales & Distribution).

  • SAP FI/CO integration.

  • Sales Order Management.
  • Billing and Revenue Recognition.

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Fiori Applications.
  • Exposure to SAP BTP, APIs, CDS Views, and Integration Technologies.
  • Deep understanding of SAP best practices, Clean Core principles, and SAP Activate methodology.
  • Strong expertise in business process transformation and process harmonization.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect with deep expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes within SAP S/4HANA environments.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining end-to-end solution architecture, leading design workshops, driving business process transformation, and ensuring seamless integration across SAP functional areas.
  • The Solution Architect will collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP functional and technical teams, enterprise architects, and system integrators to deliver scalable, compliant, and business-aligned SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Architecture:
  • Lead end-to-end solution architecture for O2C and P2P business processes.
  • Define scalable, sustainable, and compliant SAP S/4HANA solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Create solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, RICEFW strategies, and integration designs.
  • Evaluate solution options, conduct impact analysis, and provide recommendations to business leadership.
  • Order-to-Cash (O2C).
  • Design and optimize processes related to: Customer Master / Business Partner.
  • Sales Order Processing.
  • Pricing and Rebates.
  • Credit Management.
  • Delivery Processing.
  • Billing and Invoicing.
  • Accounts Receivable.
  • Returns Management.
  • Drive standardization and automation across O2C processes.
  • Ensure integration between SD, Finance, Logistics, and external systems.
  • Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
  • Architect solutions covering: Procurement, Strategic Sourcing.
  • Vendor Management
  • Purchasing.
  • Inventory Management.
  • Service Procurement
  • Invoice Verification (MIRO)
  • Accounts Payable
  • Supplier Collaboration
  • Design workflow approvals, release strategies, and procurement governance processes.
  • Enable digital procurement capabilities using SAP S/4HANA innovations.
  • Cross Functional Integration
  • Ensure seamless integration between: SD, MM, FI/CO, MDG, EWM, Ariba, BTP.
  • External Enterprise Applications.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for enhancements, interfaces, reports, forms, and workflow development.
  • Program Leadership.
  • Facilitate business process workshops and fit-gap assessments.
  • Lead solution validation and design sign-off sessions.
  • Guide offshore and onsite teams throughout implementation.
  • Mentor junior consultants and provide architectural governance.
  • Testing, Cutover & Hypercare.
  • Support SIT, UAT, and business validation activities.
  • Define cutover strategies and deployment plans.
  • Provide leadership during go-live and hypercare phases.
  • Drive issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.
