The Role

• Crafting engaging job postings in collaboration with hiring managers.
• Conducting initial screening of incoming applications within the "SF Recruiting" system and forwarding suitable candidates to relevant departments.
• Ensuring a seamless administration process for new employees across all IT systems, including contract preparation with SuccessFactors.
• Managing the recruitment process for transitioning temporary staff and apprentices into permanent roles.
• Serving as an expert for all IT systems and external platforms within the recruiting environment, ensuring their efficient utilization.
• Acting as a center of expertise and contributing to partial project tasks for continuous improvement of the recruitment process.

What You'll Need

• Completed commercial apprenticeship with relevant professional experience in HR administration, or a further qualification as a certified HR specialist.
• HR-specific knowledge of HR processes and systems.
• Several years of relevant professional experience, depending on technical expertise.
• Practical HR experience and in-depth knowledge of the relevant subject area, coupled with proficiency in IT systems.
• Understanding of the HR three-pillar model collaboration.
• Proficient in MS Office; SuccessFactors knowledge is advantageous.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
• Independent, self-reliant, dependable, and service-oriented cross-functional working style.
• Social competence, empathy, and teamwork skills.
• Pleasant, customer-oriented personality with excellent communication abilities.
