We are seeking an experienced Lead Enterprise Architect to provide strategic leadership for the Enterprise Architecture function.
This role will lead Enterprise Architecture teams, establish governance frameworks, support enterprise modernization initiatives, and align architecture practices with cloud transformation and AI-enabled delivery.

15+ years of Enterprise Architecture leadership experience
Strong experience with Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF preferred; DoDAF, UAF, BEA, or equivalent frameworks are a plus)
Experience designing, integrating, and modernizing large-scale enterprise systems within complex IT environments
Strong experience with Cloud Architecture (AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform)
Knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture (NIST ZT)
Experience designing Microservices and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)
Experience applying AI-driven architecture practices to modernization and enterprise initiatives
Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Proven ability to mentor Enterprise Architects and drive architectural best practices

Lead and mentor Enterprise Architecture teams across multiple business domains.
Define and implement Enterprise Architecture governance, standards, and engagement models.
Establish architecture review processes and support enterprise-wide technical decision making.
Drive enterprise modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
Align Enterprise Architecture with cloud adoption and AI-enabled delivery strategies.
Assess current architecture capabilities and recommend improvements to processes and governance.
Partner with business and technology leaders to define enterprise technology roadmaps.
Support Agile teams by providing architecture guidance and technical leadership.
