·         7+ years of professional Android development experience.

·         Expert-level proficiency with Kotlin and strong Java development skills.

·         Extensive experience with Android SDK and modern Android development frameworks.

·         Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, Flow, Navigation Components, and Android Jetpack libraries.

·         Strong understanding of MVVM, MVI, or Clean Architecture patterns.

·         Experience with Retrofit, OkHttp, Room Database, Hilt, Dagger, and RESTful APIs.

·         Proven experience mentoring, coaching, or leading junior developers.

·         Experience conducting code reviews and promoting engineering best practices.

·         Strong understanding of mobile application security, performance tuning, and scalability.

·         Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.

·         Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
