Customer Trust & Assurance Specialist (Healthcare Division – U.S. Based)
We’re looking for someone to join our Customer Trust & Assurance team to support our healthcare products. The role acts as a bridge between our internal product, engineering, and security teams and our customers’ compliance and security teams.
Key points:
· Must be based in the U.S. (we serve customers globally).
· Respond to customer security and compliance questionnaires and manage evidence gathering.
· Work closely with engineering and security teams to collect and review technical evidence.
· Have a solid understanding of cloud security concepts and controls (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform).
· Understand healthcare compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH).
· Be comfortable challenging technical evidence when it’s insufficient.
· Translate technical details into clear business or compliance language for customers.
· Basic understanding of AI security is a plus
