Cleared Senior Systems Engineer with Security Clearance

GA-Intelligence is seeking a highly experienced Cleared Senior System Engineering Integration & Testing (SEIT) Engineer to lead technical integration and testing activities for mission-critical systems. This individual will play a key leadership role by mentoring other SEIT engineers, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of complex systems for national and tactical situational awareness applications.   DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: 
* Gather, analyze, and decompose system requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications. 
* Develop system architectures and designs through Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools and processes. 
* Define and maintain system and software interfaces, including Interface Control Documents (ICDs). 
* Collaborate with software, data, and test teams to ensure end-to-end system functionality and data integrity. 
* Participate in system integration activities and validate component interoperability. 
* Create and execute test plans and procedures, including regression, interface, performance, and system-level testing. 
* Manage configuration and version control across integrated components using tools like Git, Jira, and Confluence. 
* Document system designs, testing strategies, and integration processes. 
* Ensure compliance with DoD and IC standards for software assurance and systems engineering best practices. 
* Learn, deploy, and support GA-i3’s Optix and related tracking systems. 
* Lead strategic planning for system integration and test roadmaps, ensuring alignment with long-term organizational and programmatic objectives. 
* Mentor and onboard systems and test engineering staff, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing culture. 
* Act as the technical liaison with cross-functional teams and leadership to coordinate integration milestones and test execution. 
* Drive improvements in integration reliability and performance, proactively identifying risks and leading mitigation efforts. 
* Cultivate a collaborative and innovative team environment focused on continuous learning and operational excellence. 
* Serve as a lead for Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) which requires cross domain knowledge of systems, software, military/domain knowledge, and program management.
