Position Summary
Seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support enterprise APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) processes and engineering quality systems. This role will support Requirements Management, Design and Process FMEA (DFMEA/PFMEA), and Control Plan applications by partnering with Engineering, Quality, IT, and software vendors to improve tool effectiveness, user adoption, data quality, and process consistency. The ideal candidate will have experience with APQP methodologies, engineering or quality systems, requirements management, and continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing or product development environment.

Key Responsibilities
Support and enhance enterprise tools used for APQP, Requirements Management, DFMEA, PFMEA, and Control Plans. Gather business requirements and user feedback to identify system and process improvement opportunities. Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate resolutions with IT teams and software vendors. Support testing, validation, deployment, and release activities for system enhancements. Develop and maintain training materials, process documentation, and user support resources. Monitor tool performance, data quality, and user adoption.

Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to track product development and quality metrics. Coordinate project activities, communicate status updates, and manage risks and action items. Serve as a subject matter resource for APQP processes, FMEA methodologies, and engineering quality systems. Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, quality, or enterprise business systems. Experience with APQP, DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, or related quality management processes. Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.

Experience supporting enterprise applications and end users. Experience with testing, issue resolution, and process improvement initiatives. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Power BI reporting and dashboard development experience.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Chillicothe, IL. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
