Order Management Contractor

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end process of sales-assisted orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate and maintain private offers on major cloud platforms, aligning with contracted terms.
• Oversee pricing operations for new model launches, collaborating closely with product and partner teams.
• Conduct quality checks on processed orders to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Contribute to special projects, including process development and automation initiatives.

Skills

• Proficiency in Salesforce and order management systems.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
• Familiarity with pricing operations and marketplace management.
• Background in international sales support or order management.
• Software industry experience preferred.
• Experience with Order Management and Deal Desk is preferred. Candidates should understand the strategic and collaborative nature of Deal Desk while also being comfortable with the more transactional and operational responsibilities of Order Management.
