Title                                       : IGA Lead / Identity Governance & Administration Lead

Location                               : Fort Mill, SC (Hybrid)

Job Description:

·         IGA Lead / Identity Governance & Administration Lead

·         8+ years of IAM experience with 5+ years in IGA leadership.

·         Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft Entra ID Governance, or IBM Security Verify.

·         Expertise in JML, access lifecycle management, RBAC, SoD, access certification, and provisioning/deprovisioning.

·         Experience with IAM governance, risk management, audit, and regulatory compliance.

·         Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, LDAP, MFA, and PAM.

·         Lead IAM/IGA teams, manage stakeholders/vendors, and drive security governance initiatives.

·         Experience with cloud platforms and ServiceNow is a plus.

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Security, or related field.
