The client is looking for someone who lives local to the Atlanta area because this role requires 2 days onsite in Atlanta area office.

 

The requirements of the BA position are:

  • Strong Facilitation
  • Executive Presence
  • Requirements Documentation and Elicitation

 

The preferred skillset would also include:

  • CRM (Salesforce) /CMS (Optimizely) experience
  • Post Production Deployment Support
  • Service Now or other ITSM system knowledge
  • JIRA or other ticketing system knowledge

 

 

 Must be available to work onsite in the office 2 days per week and the rest of the work is remote.
