Fircosoft Developer

Job Summary We are seeking a Fircosoft Developer with strong experience in Fircosoft Continuity, transaction screening, payment filtering, sanctions compliance, integrations, and relational databases. The ideal candidate will be able to translate compliance requirements into technical solutions while supporting system configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities Configure and customize Fircosoft Continuity to support transaction screening and sanctions compliance requirements. Develop and maintain solutions for transaction screening and payment filtering processes. Integrate Fircosoft with enterprise systems using REST APIs, middleware tools, and file-based integration. Work with SQL and relational databases to support application functionality and data requirements. Install, configure, and support Fircosoft environments on Unix/Linux platforms.

Translate AML, sanctions screening, and regulatory compliance requirements into technical solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and system issues. Analyze and optimize system performance and functionality. Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to deliver and support Fircosoft solutions. Manage multiple tasks independently while maintaining effective communication with project stakeholders. Required Qualifications Proficiency with Fircosoft Continuity, including configuration and customization.

Strong knowledge of transaction screening, payment filtering, and sanctions compliance processes. Experience with SQL and relational databases. Experience with integration technologies such as REST APIs, middleware tools, and file-based integration. Knowledge of Unix/Linux environments for Fircosoft installations and configurations. Understanding of AML, sanctions screening, and global regulatory compliance standards. Ability to translate compliance requirements into technical solutions. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
