Job Description
REA Group is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to lead research across our Financial Services portfolio, including Mortgage Choice and PropTrack initiatives. Based in a hybrid setup with options in Richmond (Melbourne) or Sydney, you will elevate evidence-based decision making across product and design.
You'll partner with product and design teams, apply qualitative and mixed-methods research, coach others, and advance our research practice in a dynamic, regulated environment.
