Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Executive Planning & Financial Transformation Consultant to lead executive-level planning initiatives that bridge operational execution with financial strategy. This role will focus on designing governance frameworks, enabling cross-functional collaboration, and delivering advanced financial scenario planning capabilities within an enterprise planning platform. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in executive stakeholder management, supply chain planning, financial modeling, and dashboard design for senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement executive consensus frameworks that align monthly planning and review processes across Sales, Operations, and Corporate Finance.
- Configure and manage executive planning workspaces that support collaborative decision-making and governance.
- Develop what-if financial scenario models to evaluate the business impact of macroeconomic changes, tariffs, site closures, and supply chain disruptions.
- Translate operational planning metrics into financial outcomes, including Revenue, COGS, Gross Margin, and profitability.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to resolve cross-functional planning conflicts and drive strategic alignment.
- Design executive dashboards that provide clear visibility into supply-demand imbalances, operational risks, and financial performance.
- Configure and optimize enterprise planning data models and business workflows.
- Support leadership with actionable insights to improve strategic planning and operational execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Must-Have:
- Extensive experience leading executive-level planning, business transformation, or supply chain planning initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage executive stakeholders and facilitate cross-functional steering committee discussions.
- Strong expertise in financial planning and translating operational metrics into financial reporting and analysis.
- Experience designing executive dashboards for Director, VP, and C-level leadership.
- Strong knowledge of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and executive governance processes.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Technical Expertise:
- Experience working with enterprise planning platforms and financial planning solutions.
- Strong understanding of the following core planning tables:
- SOPCONSENSUS
- SOPPLAN
- SOPWORKSPACE
- GLACCOUNTMAP
- Experience configuring planning workspaces, workflows, and executive reporting dashboards.
- Knowledge of financial scenario planning, demand planning, and supply chain analytics.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
- Background in manufacturing, consumer products, retail, or supply chain organizations.
- Familiarity with executive reporting, KPI frameworks, and financial forecasting methodologies.
