Job Description

We are seeking a technically skilled professional to join our growing team as a Project Manager / Project Engineer. While prior project management experience is not required, this is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background as a technician, installer, or designer to advance into a project management role.
You will be supporting the design, execution, and oversight of complex fire alarm and suppression systems in mission-critical environments, including large-scale commercial projects, data centers, and hyperscale facilities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support planning and execution of fire alarm system installations and upgrades
  • Collaborate with engineering, installation, and service teams
  • Assist in project scheduling, material coordination, and documentation
  • Ensure safety and code compliance across all phases of the project
  • Act as liaison between field personnel, design teams, and management
  • Participate in on-site walk-throughs and commissioning as needed
Required & Preferred Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
  • NICET Fire Alarm Systems Level I
  • Notifier Certification (current or verifiable within the past 2 years)
  • VESDA certification/training (current or verifiable within the past 2 years)
  • Proven experience in installation, testing, and troubleshooting of fire alarm systems
  • Familiarity with Bluebeam
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to safety practices
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
Preferred
  • NICET Fire Alarm Systems Level II
  • Experience with mission-critical facilities
  • Knowledge of Clean Agent Fire Suppression Systems (a plus)
