VB.NET Architect with PowerBuilder

Description

Software Architect for a web based processed used by applicants to submit applications for operating Legally exempt child care programs in NYS.

Duties

• Work in coordination with a team of developers to write the new Child Care Assistance system in .netcore.
• Work with Business Analyst on analysis and logical design.
• Perform unit testing and correct all identified bugs.
• Perform complex VB.Net coding.
• Assist with responding to CCAA data requests.
• The individual in this position will work under the direction of a Technical Lead, Project Manager & Software Architect.
• Perform writing of complex stored procedures/triggers in an Oracle database utilizing PL/SQL.

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience (15+ Years)
• Makes high-level design choices and dictates technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms. Designs multi-leveled architecture or component interactions of a large scale software system.

Requirements

• This is an 100% Onsite.
• 84 months experience leading the technical aspects for applications utilizing N-Tier architecture.
• 84 months experience with PL/SQL writing packages, stored procedures and triggers.
• 48 months experience interfacing PowerBuilder applications with VB.Net systems.
• 48 months experience developing applications utilizing Web Services or WCF.
• 60 months experience directing/managing the technical development of web enabled PowerBuilder applications.
• Bachelor's Degree
