Established Client Bank Strong Inbound Lead Flow High-Growth Firm with £130m+ AUM

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employed Financial Adviser to join a highly successful and growing wealth management practice based in Henley-on-Thames.

Founded in 2017, the business has grown significantly, now managing over £130m in client assets and continuing to expand through both new client acquisition and long-standing relationships. With a new office opening planned and further growth ambitions in place, this is a fantastic time to join the firm in a key advisory role.

This position offers the rare opportunity to inherit a substantial client bank from day one, alongside ongoing inbound enquiries generated through the firm's established lead generation channels.

The Opportunity

You will step into a fully supported advisory role, taking ownership of an established portfolio of approximately 150-200 clients. This provides an immediate platform to focus on delivering high-quality holistic financial planning advice, while continuing to grow revenue through new business opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing an assigned client bank of 150-200 clients as the primary adviser

• Conducting regular annual reviews and ongoing financial planning meetings

• Delivering holistic advice across investments, pensions, protection and estate planning

• Identifying planning opportunities within existing client relationships

• Converting inbound enquiries and firm-generated leads into new business

• Preparing or overseeing suitability reports and maintaining accurate client records

• Ensuring all advice meets FCA regulatory and compliance standards

• Working closely with paraplanning and administration teams to deliver a seamless client experience

• Supporting the continued growth and development of the wider business

Once established, you will typically conduct around 10-15 client meetings per week, supported by a strong operational and technical infrastructure.

Requirements

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (essential)

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Financial Adviser post-qualification

• Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments and protection

• Confident managing an existing client bank

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Commercial mindset with the ability to identify new opportunities

• Ability to work independently and manage a busy client diary

• Chartered status (or working towards) desirable

What's on Offer

• £70,000 basic salary (dependent on experience)

• Bonus of 10% initial advice fees on all new business written

• Immediate access to 150-200 established clients

• Strong ongoing flow of inbound client enquiries

• Full paraplanning and administrative support

• High-quality, well-established client relationships from day one

• Private medical insurance, income protection and death in service

• Matched pension contributions

• Full IT and business support infrastructure

• Clear long-term progression within a growing and ambitious firm

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Financial Adviser to inherit a significant client base within a well-established and growing wealth management business.

With strong internal lead generation, full support infrastructure and immediate access to established clients, this role provides an excellent platform to build a long-term, high-performing advisory career.
