They are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lead Cloud Security Architect to shape the security posture of their diverse technology environments. The Role • Define and implement cybersecurity principles, standards, and design patterns for multi-cloud and on-premises environments. • Lead working groups to establish robust cybersecurity guidelines for product and enterprise architecture. • Develop secure design patterns that can be readily adopted by engineering teams. • Conduct in-depth analysis of potential risks and propose innovative security solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless and secure release processes. • Engage with business and engineering teams to define guardrails that promote efficient adoption of secure patterns. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 8+ years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years focused on cybersecurity. • Practical expertise in securing AWS cloud infrastructure and services, as well as on-premises infrastructure. • Proven ability to articulate cybersecurity policies and procedures to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Strong consultative skills for navigating complex security topics with stakeholders at all levels. • Knowledge of current cybersecurity architectures such as zero trust, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, virtualization, and containerization. • Experience utilizing Agile methodologies and implementing solutions within large organizations.
