Associate Solutions Engineer

Midland States Bank seeks an Associate Solutions Engineer to support delivery of technology-enabled banking solutions for commercial and retail clients. In this role, you will assist with requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and documentation across digital banking, treasury, lending, and integration platforms. You'll partner with sales, product, and operations teams to tailor solutions, troubleshoot issues, and support client onboarding, while growing your expertise in finance, banking technology, and community-focused service.
