We are seeking a Lead .NET Developer with 14+ years of experience in designing, developing, and leading enterprise-grade web applications using the Microsoft technology stack. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in C#, .NET/.NET Core, Azure PaaS services, SQL Server, Blazor/ASP.NET MVC, and Microservices, along with experience leading development teams and driving technical solutions.

Mandatory Skills

• 12+ years of experience in C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, ASP.NET
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, Azure Service Fabric, Azure PaaS)
• Strong expertise in SQL Server, complex SQL queries, Stored Procedures, and Performance Tuning
• Experience with Blazor or ASP.NET MVC
• Strong experience in Microservices Architecture
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines, and Docker
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Proven experience leading development teams, conducting code reviews, mentoring developers, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
