Job Title: Document Control Administrator II Location: Wood River, IL Zip Code: 62095 Duration: 12 Months Pay Rate: $21.33/hr. Job Responsibilities: We are seeking a Part-Time (3 days wk/ 24 hrs) Document Control Administrator to provide critical administrative and document management support for refinery operations. This role will be responsible for maintaining and updating technical documentation, supporting alarm management and Management of Change (MOC) processes, auditing records for accuracy, updating SAP data, creating purchase requisitions, and coordinating document review cycles. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with engineering teams to ensure documentation, records, and operational data remain accurate and compliant. Responsibilities include document updates, audits, MOC support, purchase requisitions, and general administrative support. This is a great opportunity for someone with document control, administrative, records management, or industrial/refinery support experience who enjoys working in a structured, process-driven environment. RESPONSIBILITIES Support the process of synchronizing the refinery's alarm database with the on-line system as well as the plant operating limits Audit the refinery's alarm database, on-line system, and the operating limits to identify and eliminate errors Be a part of the management of change process for alarm updates, drawing updates, etc. ensuring items are driven to completion Work with various Engineering disciplines to ensure management of change is error free, correcting discrepancies where needed Manage the process to control the quality and review cycle of work packs, documents, records and procedures Update documents, and records as needed Update SAP records as needed Create purchase requisitions as needed Provide administrative support where needed (ordering/maintaining supplies, organization, etc.) BASIC QUALIFICATIONS High School diploma or GED equivalent 3 or more years of experience in a business environment related to records management such as record storage, filing and retrieval Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio) Proficient with electronic data management systems and document imaging PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience with proprietary Electronic Document Control and computing systems Experience in working with large database type applications Experience working with drawing/drafting tools Experience working with PI Vision Bachelor's degree or higher Proficient in SAP Belcan is an equal opportunity employer.
