The role

This is a senior role for a data modeler who can design, document and implement data modelling solutions to support the organisations information management, data analytics and other data-driven initiatives.

What you'll be doing

• Translate dynamic business requirements into high-quality conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
• Design schemas optimised for multi-tier refinement layers, establishing clear data definitions from raw ingestion to curated consumption marts.
• Maintain comprehensive mapping specifications and data dictionaries while ensuring a seamless, documented handover to data engineers.

Desired Skills and Experiences

• Proven expertise utilising both 3NF (Relational) and Dimensional modelling (Star Schema) methods in enterprise data warehouse environments.
• Experience designing models within modern cloud environments (Azure/Databricks preferred) using Medallion Architecture principles.
• Commercial ERP software like SAP and experience in large-scale regulated environments being highly advantageous.
