What You'll Need • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish. • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. • 2 years of prior sales or professional office/call center experience, OR an associate's degree or higher. • Solid computer and multi-tasking skills. • Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
